We undertake to make constructional and executive project plan of industrial control technological machines and industrial buildings..

We are experienced in: agricultural (mills, dryers, silos, granulators, extruders), building automation (aeration, air handling units) system. Our activity consists of the total range of industrial automation from the microelectronics devices and hardware to the control and switchboard instruments with low voltage (0,4kV).
In connection with these we make e.g. documents for lightning protection, CE declaration of conformity, and technical and security specification.

In our drawings and specifications, we use simple signs in order to make them understand simply.

THE STEPS OF THE DESIGNING PROCESS

1. KNOWING THE OPERATION OF THE DESIGNED MACHINE, PLANT, PRODUCTION LINE, ETC. (E.G. CONTROL BOX, WAREHOUSE, SLAUGHTERHOUSE, ETC.), AND EXPOSITION OF THE COSTUMER’S DEMAND.

2. EXAMINING AND CONSTRUCTING THE OBLIGATION OF THE EXACT SAFETY TECHNOLOGY IN THE PLANNED MACHINE OR BUILDING.

This step affects the drawing.

ATEX (explosion-proof) environment

  • oil industry, dusty grain industrial environment, etc.

IP protection (penetration into the electric system by water and dust)

  • high IP protection: pool technology, water extraction system, slaughter house, etc.
  • low IP protection: office buildings, machines in the operating room of a plant

Fire protection plan

  • Beacons, exit signalling device
  • Constructing smoke alarms
  • Automatic fire-extinguisher (irrigation system)

3. DIGITALIZATION OF THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS

During this step the following documents are created:

  • Flow diagram (DWG)
  • Power transmission plan (Excel)
  • A circuit diagram (Eplan Electric)
  • Drawing of the layout (DWG)
  • Drawing of placing (DWG)
  • Material list

After purchasing them, construction can start.
During construction it is important to inform the designer continuously about assembling and structuring for the proper construction in the case of any changes.

After finishing the project:
Making the as-built drawings (making plans according to the reality)

We take on making plans for licencing or application procedure, reconstruction and normal constructions.
